Improve your Wellbeing: New 8 Week Life Matters Program

Our Healthy Living team are introducing a new 8 week program based on mindfulness and relaxation principles to get the most out of every day. This program will help people manage stress, pain, sleep issues, and more. Starting on Tuesday, 10 April 2018 at 1.15 pm and is available to anyone to join.
