Felicity provides practical support and mentoring to managers of Residential Aged Care sites and Home Care services, informing, mitigating risks, managing change, advising on projects, and improving workplace culture. Felicity is a national advisor on Clinical Practice, Service Management and Governance through Rural, Remote and First Nations Aged Care Service Development Assistance Panel (SDAP).
