I have been participating in group classes at Alwyndor for about two and a half years. There's a range of activities to suit everybody's needs. I so enjoy the vibe and energy of the class camaraderie. The lovely, friendly "Girls" at reception, the trained and dedicated exercise staff, the variety of equipment, the energetic music and the companionship provide an enjoyable experience.

A history of giving
The vision that has become the modern-day Alwyndor stemmed from the heart of a young woman named Dorothy Cheater, who never lost sight of her desire to care for others.
