Alwyndor is establishing consumer advisory groups to offer residents, clients and their families or representatives more opportunities to give feedback about the quality of care and services provided by us and to identify any areas for improvement.
We will have two Advisory Groups: one with a focus on Residential and the other with a focus on Support at Home and Therapy & Wellness.
These groups are in addition to our current feedback mechanisms i.e. in person at resident’s meetings, via online and hard copy surveys and suggestion forms, or speaking directly with us.
Alwyndor residents, clients, family members or representatives, can nominate to be a member of the:
Consumer Advisory Group – Residential
OR
Consumer Advisory Group – Support at Home & Therapy and Wellness.

If you are interested, you are invited to register an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be considered for one of these groups.
EOI’s need to be received by 22 September 2023.
