As you may know, Alwyndor has two Consumer Advisory Groups: Residential and Community (Therapy & Wellness & Support at Home). The purpose of our Consumer Advisory Groups is to provide us with feedback about our services and quality of care.
We are seeking new members from the community to join the Community - Therapy & Wellness & Support at Home - Advisory Group.
To be considered, you need to currently have a relationship with Alwyndor (a resident, family member, carer, therapy & wellness client or receive support at home).
If you are interested, you are invited to register an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be considered.

These groups are an extension of our current feedback mechanisms and do not replace any current channels and opportunities to provide feedback to Alwyndor. We still want to hear from you—in person at resident meetings, via online and hard copy suggestions forms, or by speaking with us.
