Councillor Philip Chabrel

Philip is an Elected Member representative to the Committee and has been a business Director for 23 years. He has under-graduate and post-graduate qualifications in business, management, marketing and wine. Philip was involved in asset management in aged care and community housing for twelve years and management mentoring in the aged care and disability sectors for the past nine years. In 2016 Philip brought together a cross-section of aged care providers advocating a major forum addressing community concerns in the sector.
