Alandale was named in honour of Alfred Alan, Dorothy's younger brother. Alandale provides 27 exceptionally appointed accommodation with all either having vistas across the gardens and streets surrounding Alwyndor, or external courtyard views.
Gather together in the serviced dining area for your meals or relax on luxurious, custom-made furniture in the lounge while you watch the complimentary movie channel. Alandale is surrounded with private garden areas that overlook Alwyndor's outstanding large garden, golfing green and Men’s Shed.
18 rooms have been specially designed to cater for those with a diagnosis of cognitive impairment and offer a safe, secure and happy environment. Those that reside in this area are provided plenty of cognitive stimulation with an array of sensory and tactile activities as well as group and one on one time.
