  • Yoga
    9.15 – 10.15am
    A mind and body exercise session designed to help improve coordination, concentration, balance, and strength.
  • Core Fit
    10.30 – 11.15am
    A Pilates-based program that focuses on core strength. It helps improve balance, posture, and endurance at your own pace.
  • Fit Ball Drumming
    11.30am – 12.15pm
    A fun workout for the brain and body. This is an active cardio class which lowers blood pressure, improves coordination, and burns calories in a fun, musical, and interactive way.

$12 per session / $8 per subsidised session
