What happens if I am unable attend the class?

If you are booked in for a class and can’t attend, you must let us know so the place can be given to another client.

If we don’t hear from you after 4 weeks, you will be placed on the “Waitlist” if:

  • There is non-attendance in a class for 4 weeks or more without notification.
  • If you have advised us you will be away for more than 4 weeks in a row.
  • If you are unwell and cannot attend and this stops you from attending 4 weeks in a row.

When you are ready to return to your class, PLEASE contact Customer Care to discuss your position on the waitlist, as just turning up may result in being turned away if the class is already full.
