Seated Yoga
Seated yoga is a combination of postures that are done while seated comfortably in a chair and include versions of twists, hip stretches and forward bends. Finish with a relaxing meditation. Suitable for most and modifications available.

Through a gentle combination of seated and standing postures, this 45-minute class will improve your flexibility, range of movement, strength and mental well-being and relaxation.
